Finding the idea

We begin with the atmosphere you want to create, then look closely at scale, sightlines, architecture and landscape. Early sketches test gesture and proportion—not decoration—until one direction feels inevitable.

You share: Site images, dimensions, references, timing and an initial budget range.
We develop: A creative brief, material direction and a focused set of hand-drawn concepts.

Your selected direction becomes a precise three-dimensional study. We refine silhouette, base, finish and structural logic, then place the work into your site imagery so its presence can be judged in context.

You receive: Multiple views, indicative site visualisations and confirmed dimensions.
We resolve: Material thickness, internal structure, anchoring and surface treatment.

Our makers translate the approved model into metal, stone or composite. Forming and joining establish the structure; long hours of grinding, chasing and polishing create a surface that feels continuous and alive.

You see: Milestone photography as the work moves from structure to final surface.
We inspect: Geometry, weld integrity, finish consistency, stability and base connection.

We plan the last mile as carefully as the first sketch. The work is protected in a purpose-built crate and shipped with the documentation your installer needs for a calm, confident placement.

You receive: Tracking, installation guidance, care notes and the work's documentation.

You do not need a complete brief. A place, a feeling and an approximate scale are enough to start a useful conversation.

How long does a commission take?+

Most works take approximately 12–24 weeks after design approval. Scale, material, finish and delivery destination can change the schedule, so your proposal will include a project-specific timeline.

Can you work from only a photograph of my space?+

Yes. Clear site photographs and one or two known dimensions are often enough for the first design conversation. We will identify any additional measurements needed before the design is finalised.

Will I see the sculpture before shipping?+

Yes. We share final atelier photographs from several angles for approval before the work is packed. Progress images can also be included at agreed milestones.

Do you arrange international delivery?+

Yes. We coordinate protective crating and international freight, and provide installation information for your local contractor or landscape team.
