Each sculpture is packed for its size, weight and finish, using protective wrapping and a reinforced crate where required. Delivery options range from insured freight to coordinated white-glove delivery and installation support.

Shipping cost and transit time depend on destination, access conditions and the selected service. Import duties, permits, foundations, cranes and specialist installation are included only when stated in the quotation. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and report visible transit damage promptly with photographs.

Ready-to-order pieces can be purchased using the payment options presented at checkout. Bespoke commissions follow the payment schedule stated in the approved quotation or invoice, which may include a project deposit and milestone or balance payments.

Production begins after the required payment and design details are confirmed. Currency, bank fees, taxes and any payment milestones will be clearly identified before you approve the order. For security, never send complete card details by email.

Regular gentle care preserves the intended finish. Remove loose dust with a soft cloth and use clean water with a pH-neutral cleaner when needed. Avoid abrasive pads, strong acids, chlorine-based products and pressure washing unless specifically approved for the material.

• Polished stainless steel: Wipe in a consistent direction and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
• Bronze: Preserve the patina with the recommended wax schedule; do not use metal polish unless a bright finish is intended.
• Marble and stone: Blot spills quickly and avoid acidic cleaners.
• Painted or fiberglass finishes: Use mild soap and avoid impacts or abrasive compounds.

Normal aging, natural patina development, stone variation, accidental damage, unsuitable cleaning, unauthorized modification and installation outside the approved method are not treated as manufacturing defects.
